2026 Flag Football

Hello and welcome to the Horizon West Pop Warner 2026 season!
 
We are excited to start Flag Football to our families! We proudly welcome both our returning families and those new to the Wolves family. We’re looking forward to a fun, successful, and rewarding year for our athletes and families.
 
Registration Costs
The registration cost for the 2026 flag football season is $150.
This fee includes:
  • Uniform to keep
  • Flags to use during the season
 
*****PLEASE NOTE: Flag games may NOT be at the same location as tackle/cheer games. But will be on Saturdays during the same time frame.*****

Payment Information
    •   Full payment or a $75 deposit is required at the time of registration
    •   Full payment must be received no later than June 5, 2026
    •    No refunds will be issued after June 5, 2026
 
Code of Conduct & Safety Policy
Horizon West Pop Warner is a family-friendly youth sports organization. We are committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all participants.
There will be zero tolerance for violence, vulgar language, or disrespect toward volunteers, athletes, parents, or staff.
 
All Pop Warner events — including practices, games, and competitions — are weapon-free zones. Weapons of any kind (including knives and firearms), as well as smoking, drinking, or illegal substances, are strictly prohibited.
 
Registration Requirements
To complete registration, you will need to upload:
  •     A clear photo of your child’s birth certificate
  •     A passport-style photo of your child (solid background, no hats, no glasses)
  • FINAL Report Cards will be required once available at the end of the school year.
 
Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Team communication will be sent via email and through the Stack Team app, where families will be added by team.
  • Fall information will be sent via the email used in the registration process until athletes are added to Stack Team app.
  • You can also follow us on our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information and announcements.
 
By continuing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to all policies and information outlined above.

2026 Fall Tackle Football

Hello and welcome to the Horizon West Pop Warner 2026 season!
 
We are excited to kick off a new season and proudly welcome both our returning families and those new to the Wolves family. We’re looking forward to a fun, successful, and rewarding year for our athletes and families.
 
Registration Costs
The registration cost for the 2026 tackle football season is $375.
This fee includes:
    •    Two personalized jerseys (one home and one away) for your athlete to keep after the season
    •    Equipment rental for the season, including a helmet and shoulder pads
All rented equipment must be returned within seven (7) business days following your final game of the season. Failure to return equipment may result in a fine of up to $500.
